Contact and corrections
Public Rails is a small publication with no newsroom switchboard, but it wants to hear about mistakes. Figures in this field change quickly, and a correction is always welcome.
Reporting an error
If you find a wrong or outdated figure, a misdescribed law or system, or a broken source link, please write to the publisher at the postal address given in the legal notice. Quote the page address and the sentence concerned, and if possible the source that shows the correct information.
How corrections are handled
- Factual errors are corrected in the article, and the "Updated" date at the top of the page changes.
- Where a correction changes the meaning of an article, the text says what was changed.
- Disagreements of opinion are considered, but analysis pieces will not be rewritten to reflect a particular organisation's position.
What we cannot help with
- Services described in articles. Public Rails does not operate any identity, payment or government service. For help with an account, a payment or an identity document, contact the relevant authority or provider directly.
- Documents from the former website on this domain. Public Rails has no copy of them and no connection with their authors (see About this domain).
- Sponsored content, guest posts and link requests. These are not accepted.
